tajitj, What you say is all true.

In general, stocks are affected by everything that goes wrong, but little that goes right.

IceWEB's future is probably more affected by the success of their customers; commercial and mostly government, and all Internet related in some way.

IceWEB's cloud computing products are driven more by things like commercial expansion on the Internet by the consummer. For example, this last Christmas, there was a very sizeable move of retail sales away from stores and malls over to the Internet. But if the economy falters and the consumers run for cover then the trend may be blunted and there may be few sales in this segment for the remainder of the year

And likewise, determined by events like terrorist attacks and natural disasters, or whatever the government involves itself in at the moment.

For example, IceWEB's First Responder field-deployable networking gear may very well be used in Haiti right now. It so, then it would be nice if the company told us. Not only is the Gov responding, but a whole lot of municipal and state governments have sent teams. Surely, some of these crews are using IceWEB's gear.

They also sold gear to the Winter Olympics. Unfortunately, the downhill part of the games are looking like they may flop this year due to a major shortage of snow. Blame El Nino weather pattern!

So I don't know what else to expect here in the short-term. But I already have a sizable position so I am prepared to average down heavy if the opportunity presents.

Over the longer term I have no doubt this company will do well.

Because Cloud Computing and Data Storage market segments are RED HOT and ripe for expansion.

All just my opinion...

Good evening, so are we to assume that you are selling your holdings?

That would explain the selling pressure...

I did not expect much before Q3 so until then I am not disappointed.

The company told us that it takes 6 to 9 months before a new announcement translates to significant revenues. Also the company still has a lot of non-cash events to write off so let's be patient.

IWEB is so small (annual revenue of your local grocery store) that the impact of the economy on them is difficult to measure. All they need is a couple of decent contracts and they will exceed expectations. This is not Dell or Intel, it is a small company in a very niche market. The ace card for them is Google earth. If it is mildly successful they will be fine.

What I am more concerned about is their ability to move to a higher gear (above $30M a year). It is possible but it will take some work. Well, first thing first, we will see later for that next step.
