The question is whom yo and me call an 'investor'. If we are talking about real investor with millions in their wallets, I do not believe they have to or will touch a pinksheet even Herzog would be able to announce 100 million cash etc. Investors of such kind invest in unfolded stories with official financial statements only, they want proper listings, trustworthy growthstories, trustworthy predictions of revenues, etc. etc. and thats, by far, not all they are asking for !
Well, I might be able to call myself an investor with 430k shares, but on the other hand I am a speculator (as all investors are of course) who did not intent to hold for several years. An investor intents to hold longterm.....but, and this you should not forget, those investors do not speculate on 1000% like little gambler at this board do. They invest 10 millions to make 15 millions for example. And taking this into account it is easy to undersatnd: such investors do not need a highst risky pinksheet stock without any official(!) credibility like BGMO to make financial home-runs LOL
And.....reagrding a trustworthy listing: It will take 18-24 months until this will happen - if it happens. So, there is no sign for me that serious investors with longterm intentions might be interested in this story.
