i agree with u that investors do know about BGMO but your argument doesnt hit!!
its not that they dont believe herzog.
they are just sitting on the sideline waiting for things to onroll
and the pps to get up, these big investors will get in ones everything plays out the way its suppossed to be.
those guys dont take chances and would rather have less gains and be sure then more gains when the risk is too high.
its a risk / reward thing.
but dont worry if herzog comes through they will step up they are watching no doubt about that.
