I agree totally.
The A/S is 750,000,000 shares. Anyone who has traded penny stocks for more than a month should realize that these things tend to become "self fulfilling prophecies" of sorts.
FAR MORE LIKELY there will be a massive offering among outside special interest groups (like bikers) to sell shares in order to raise capital to get to the NYSE minimum liquidity requirement. That would be the proper way to do it if the NYSE is still the target. I would much prefer the NASDAQ. Other than prestige I see no advantage to the NYSE.
IF this comes to pass it may or may NOT tank the stock. But that all depends on what the current share owners believe is going to happen. If they truthfully understand what is happening and why, then they may choose to stick around. If not, they'll flee in droves like lemmings.
Rather than make up some glorious best-case scenario based largely on greed, it is far better to just stay open-minded and WAIT for the story to unfold.
But given the way iHub forums work, the vast majority of players are on an extremely tight schedule to cash in as quickly as possible and then move on to next play. Long term value investors like me just get steamrolled and crushed in the stampede to the exit. I would hate to see that happen here.
I was really hoping to go to Sturgis in August and sit down in MY BAR and have a few cool ones. Perhaps even meet a few iHubbers. But honestly, you can not swim against the tide for very long. So unless REALITY is allowed to take hold here then by August this stock will be a long forgotten memory for me.
