A lot of that comes down to the CEO and his ethics. In skimming through John Dents Bio's just not seeing that type of person.
Sorry, don't see that happening here.

He ran group homes to help people with learning disabilities.
John Dent, age 58, was previously Chief Executive Officer of The Truecare Group, a business which specialized in group homes for individuals with learning disabilities. Mr Dent founded The Truecare Group in 1984 and ran the company until selling it in 2004.

John is a self-made guy having created several businesses from scratch and in a variety of different industries. With a background in the motorcycle industry, John successfully built Europe’s largest bike-breaking business from the ground up and ran it for almost a decade before selling and entering the specialty healthcare business for near another decade

VistaViewer,
I understand your concern that we are getting ahead of ourselves, but you cannot deny us the excitement when people like you and Rainmaker found that John Dent bought CMCA according to the filings and he is also intending on making Monkey Rocks USA public. So, we are all here connecting the dots. We all know how risky penny stocks are. This is certainly not my "first" penny stock. They go all over the place. Some pan out, others don't. This is the closest thing to a sure thing that I know of in the penny stock world. It is possible there will be a R/S to get it up to $3 or more. It is also possible that Mr Dent can retire a whole bunch of shares. Why not? It would make his other shares a lot more valuable in the long run. Who knows? But, we do know that it's possible that the stock will be trading as Monkey Rocks on Jan 27th. It is also possible there can be delays. Rainmaker can tell you how I felt about a "delay" on another stock! lol
I'm really starting to scratch my head on this, but I'm staying because this is really intriguing to me. I do not want to be out if and when we find out that he has the financial backing and assets that will get us listed on the NYSE. I'm willing to give it a shot!
