Agreed with that sentiment Chiron, IMO it needs to be looked into now, this circus has been drawn out for far too long now, the delay on SJ ruling is beginning to be ludicrous.

Chiron, I wish I could agree with you're notion on that one for the very same reason. I guess we just disagree on the priority here. IMO, ruling on anything is not the priority. Settling this thing quickly, cleanly, quietly, and without this entire nation falling into a revolution IS the priority. In the overall scheme of things...an SJ on a putrid 4B is pocket change.

There's a much larger beast out there... and anyone who thinks about landing the gavel on this one is as simple as a SJ ...wow...that would be amazing to me. Settlement is imminent, and the considerations of the SJ (4B) are a part of that settlement. I think we are on the same page in that I believe there should be a ruling and soon also..I don't think we'll ever see one ...or at least no ruling as we wish to see it....as separate from the entire settlement. I would love to see that, but very doubtful... IMO :)

Jerle. That is a great point which I did not include in my good vs bad non-ruling scenario! Who is the watch dog in this play? The EC is in a pickle as they would be the ones most likely to force some rulings out of her. At the same time, they cannot pester her for fear of disbandment at least until she denies the motion to disband (whenever)! LOL! A real catch-22!

If all legal teams involved (not including the EC) have no complaints towards JMW and her lack of timely rulings, then who or what would have recourse to petition her removal?

Once again, who is the watchdog here? … rs
