So you believe the company, who has NO revenues, NO assets, NO website will be worth $50 million market cap? Mr. Weiss stated in October 2009 there would be a new website up very soon so shareholders could see what the company was doing! To date there is nothing! Not a good start for Mr. Weiss! Also, he stated there would be tangable assets in the company for shareholder value! Again, nothing! I don't see one bid of news that has any link to UDHC and it's shareholders, nothing! Mr. Weiss has gone absolutely silent on UDHC. When things sound too good to be true, they have proven over and over to be just the opposite. The share price is .015! Not a single filing since 2005! No news from the CEO! It appears he may of bought a company that he has now determined to be worthless because of all of its problems! I would not be surprised to see him just let UDHC die because it is not worth bringing it back! If he did, he would of followed through with actions from his October and November press releases! He appears to not even want to communicate to shareholders who have called to talk with him! Leave a message and no return call is the norm for Mr. Weiss! He claimed he wanted transparency, well he has provided none! His reputation here for shareholders is extremely negative!
