while you tell your abstract story I just now heard on the news, a women, with no one around that had anytype of communications to call for help was with her son, who was trapped for 5 days now, the boy died. tell your stories to someone else, I dont care about any logic that does not encourage a better way in a crisis. what if you were trapped in his place and had a cell phone, and it did not work because only satalite comm did, your case makes no sense even if you cant see yourself in his place. the newsman also said there are only 2 radio stations operating at this time, which is where most people go for emergency news and directions on where to go or get help.

Poke, this is where , in my opinion, you are wrong. Governments need this type of technology, whether Sanswire does it or someone else. Instant communication,in the event of disasters is totally necessary to save lives.First company to provide this, at the least amount of costs will profit handsomely. Can Sanswire do this, who knows, but concept and delivery of concept is vitally necessary for all countries.
