I think it's lying. I always got confused between lying and laying, or lie and lay, but sometimes you have to do the first to get to do the second.
I can buy you're not mixed up with SNSR management. You just have to realize most of us who are hypercritical of this group of a-holes have been long term shareholders who have just seen lie after lie from this company. I believe they're still on the wrong track; this CEO is useless, the VP of Operations is a moron, the CFO (which this company does not even need) is a douchebag and the former CEO who is now just a team member is a recycled Huff. I stick with the company because its largest investor keeps investing and therefore must know something.
