GIVE EVERYONE A LOAN CAUSING REAL ESTATE PRICES TO RISE

HEDGE THAT LOAN FOR FAILURE

QUIT LOANING MONEY CAUSING HOUSE PRICES/SMALLER BANKS TO FAIL AND SNAP 'EM UP CHEAP


It really doesn't matter whether the loan fails or succeeds as having the loans hedged means they don't "need to" work with homeowners & will foreclose much sooner!
