Oh, I think that it is all about the money. And this is why MD and
group will fight like hell to make CPRK fly. While what I know is but a grain of sand in the vast desert of what I don't know, my intuition is that there is a personal commitment to the community and those who did put their tails on the line in an effort to develop this opportunity. The price is high and we're looking at a lifetime of potential for Milford and the surrounding area.
I really do not see failure as an option for MD or the members of the BOD. There is no easy way out, only the journey forward. That's how I see it and I do not consider this artificial optimism or rah rah cheer leading.
I've never met Mark Dotson. Not sure that I'd have anything worthy of conversation with him if I did. But one thing I'd bet on is that he is a man on a mission and he isn't a sappy cave in kind of guy. In fact, I suspect that he is the kind of guy you would want on your team if you were going to war.
Oh, what an epiphany! This is a war, isn't it!
Anyhow, that is the bottom line as to why I will JUST SHOW UP in Milford on June 11th and 12th.
Does anyone else see it this way? Does anyone really think for a moment that MD can simply walk away leaving all the creditors and investors hung out to dry? Do you really believe that for a moment? If this is the case, I have just got to see it to believe it as it will change my entire concept on what community and integrity may stand for. I would find no faith and no prospects for it in this American life. That's a period...............
