Well why aren't they taking [or haven't they taken] steps to make the company a reporting one, much more legitimate ... !!! The dilution makes it clear that financing and debt are large problems growing in risk for shareholders by the day it seems [by the massive capitulation downwards to an amazing .0025 today!!]

When are we even going to hear anything in the form of a report on material info? It's been how long now?!
