It waas the letters from the pre holders who lost their pensions, retirements, assets, lives and more that tripped their conscience.
The good thing is Joyce pushed forward, while I and many others took Bopfan's advice and rejected it because it was not needed. I'll bet ya we were close to losing it all. Joyce is a saint and her crew did a good job of getting the US Trustee's attention. now that we have it, we can reap what rewards the EC will get for us.
Now all we need is THJMW to approve of EC on Omnibus. It looks like this could be one of the most important ominbuses in this case. I am thankful it is after close, because if it was during market,our stock would be a damn rollercoaster.. Down on Rosen and everyone else trying to kill commons and back up on THJMW approving EC and New Discovery. God I wish I could attend. I am sure DANBB will have our backs!
