I believe it does if the news is solid. All it will take is a few days of heavy buying pressure and this could get nuts. If they can release some solid news (as opposed to updates) related to 1) share reduction 2) ULA/UBA - licensing or contracts 3) Innotrek contracts and release them properly I wouldn't be surprised to hit .05- .10
