Well stated PDS...

I disagree that the Company has been sold. Rather, I think the purpose of this filing is to set the company up for a quick sale.

This is pure conjecture but I believe YA wants the company sold and IM failed/refused to do so. Maybe IM simply wanted to grow the company, maybe he turned down existing offers which he viewed as low-ball.

Regardless, I believe YA finally put it's foot down and decided to take matters into it's own hand. Essentially, YA gave itself 120 days to shop Neomedia in the market at its leisure. (Thus the reverse stock split and lock up provisions). I would look for NEOM to be sold at essentially auction prices (.03/.04 if we're lucky) in the very near future. I would expect to be informed of such a sale within 30-60 days as I suspect YA has a specific suitor in mind and has already engaged in some preliminary negotiations.

Yes exactly pimpdastox....

However the IP is worth far more than .02 to .04.

Anyone who is familiar with the PWC space would agree.

I suppose the question is, how good is IM, really?

Time will tell...

Pimples! This may very well be your best post. I would typically agree. My issue is with the r/s and mention of reducing the par value of the stock. However, I value your post (except the last sentence ;-) ).

Funny, this may well prove to be the moment we have all awaited, yet it has us in straight jackets. Good that DrMyke is not here for this. I don't believe he would have been able to handle it.

Also surprising that the stock did not tank more than it did. Very possible we will rise back to a penny from here, particularly because I don't believe YA can sell for 120 days (correct me if I'm wrong). Provided all the sellers were shaken out today, tomorrow could be a better day. I certainly hope so. Time will tell.

Best,
BC
