I disagree that the Company has been sold. Rather, I think the purpose of this filing is to set the company up for a quick sale.

This is pure conjecture but I believe YA wants the company sold and IM failed/refused to do so. Maybe IM simply wanted to grow the company, maybe he turned down existing offers which he viewed as low-ball.

Regardless, I believe YA finally put it's foot down and decided to take matters into it's own hand. Essentially, YA gave itself 120 days to shop Neomedia in the market at its leisure. (Thus the reverse stock split and lock up provisions). I would look for NEOM to be sold at essentially auction prices (.03/.04 if we're lucky) in the very near future. I would expect to be informed of such a sale within 30-60 days as I suspect YA has a specific suitor in mind and has already engaged in some preliminary negotiations.
