That may very well be the case. If that is JD's intention I would be happy to speak to the SEC regarding this matter. My EXPH trading history would be easy to prove.
If there were actually people involved in illegal trading practices of EXPH, I hope the SEC takes action. I don't believe that to be the case, but it is certainly possible.
Just turning the info over though would be contradictory to what JD emailed me, but I know *some* communicate with him daily so if that is his intent, well I welcome it.
My suspicion is that he is going to just use this as a PR stunt. I think he will release a PR similar to another company that I have seen recently where he will say something along the lines of "Anonymous Basher Uncovered". Just as that PR did, I suspect there will be many lies printed because I think JD will try to prey on the individuals that happen to believe everything they read in PR's. JD has issued these kinda threats before, and he was basically successful in accomplishing his goal.
I believe he will do this PR stunt because I know some people that sent this PR to JD and got quite excited about the idea. These folks need to understand what harassment is as does JD, although I am not honestly worried about harassment from JD. I don't actually think he would be the one that would make prank calls or do things like that. He does at least seem above that.
As far as getting back to talking about the company, I would be happy to discuss any number of the failures to date regarding Expo. Which would you like to discuss?
