interestingly enough .. this is one
area we are in agreement on ~

If there were actually people involved in illegal trading practices of EXPH, I hope the SEC takes action.

just one of the reasons why the *tape*
was put in this public forum for *one and all*
to view since this summer

forensics are easily done via retrieved records
and courtesy of commentary .. again in a public
forum .. that too is easily *ascertained* .. *imo*

that reminds me .. i have yet to post yesterday's tape

coming up ~

A PR on that topic is only gonna bring more negative publicity. Most investors don't like those kind of things and it never helps the stock. IMO

I would love a recap on the failures. Because in my eyes I have yet to see any failures.. delays yes - failures not in my eyes

Good morning Springroll,

That could quite possibly be the case; however, one thing I am sure we can agree on is that hopefully this is behind us in the preparatory stages and now we can get on to more pertinent matter pertaining to material events.

I understand people's concern with the lack of follow-through, but this is entirely resultant of people interpretation of time phrases.

There is a very good case to make for the materials events to have been considerably delayed, but again, if they eventually come to fruition, then all of the worry has been for naught.

With regards to other stocks where the pump and dump has occured, the real value destruction occurs in the reverse split and then re-issuing of shares. Since, many have reported that JD has stated over and over again, and yet has done so; then we can't really make a case for actual value destruction to have taken place.

That stated, I understand the intense psychological pressure that can occur from staring at a red screen all day, but the actual destruction of value, again, has not occured.
