Seems like that is the Outstanding to me unless I am wrong. The float has to be much lower.

87.2 million outstanding shares... sorry for the confusion.

I really think this stock has huge potential in 2010. The company has a solid foundation and even with no PR they are starting to get lots of attention.

I think that a bigger fish is planning to eat this little fish... so to speak. IMO something is cooking... and ECGR is heating up.
