Maybe not, I have no idea why, but they had their 2002 meeting in 2003, check previous filings.

But they are losing money and they did dilute the stock a lot in the last year.

Standard to say the 2003 annual meeting is in 2004 as it will be to discuss fiscal 2003 results and often 2003 fiscal may not even end until end of Q1 or Q2 calender 2004.
