Actually the links do work. Nobody has been charged in any of the posts. They've been caught and cited, as in out of court but still by regulators.
Do I think HESG is a scam? From what I've read, all signs point to yes because they follow a pattern just like his previous businesses. He's said the exact same thing in his other companies as well, all with a goal of being on the OTCBB. Its the same pattern behavior as before.
BTW, some of those companies I mentioned are still active and he's still the CEO of them too, and still putting PR's out, ticker changes, etc.
