ERIC: Why would you want to invest in a company that's even associated with people that do that? Just because they were caught doesn't mean he was innocent. Have you been caught every time you went over the speed limit?

JONZZ128: why didnt you answer my question? how come most of your links dont work? ALSO, just so were clear, Tom was never charged with anything that you cited in your post. DONT YOU think that Tom might of been caught up with the wrong crowd and didnt know that they were un registered securities? For all we know it could have been Tom himself who ratted on the other guy before he got in too deep. not saying that is true, but its a possibility seeing how he was not charged for anything you cited... im not denying that there is evidence of a thomas gaffney from 2001 wrapped up with guys committing fraud, but im not admitting that HESG is a scam like your trying to convince people... ADMIT IT!
