CHUNKY44, ... Allegations made upon information and belief require both credible evidence and credible belief. After all manner of goofy, irrelevant allegations are made (concerning Maheu, the "Task Force," SEC, DOJ and Homeland Security), the ones about the existing humongous pile of money (Pars. 35 and 36) are made upon information and belief.

Belief in incredible evidence that was misquoted and the person supposedly saying it says it never was said is not credible evidence to support a credible belief in a $3.8T damage suit. Moreover, Hodges had better at least already have the affidavit of the bozo who heard it in person and says that it occurred.

The sanctions will be based on the value of the time spent in defending the suit and the incredible nature of the claims. The longer Hodges drags out the frivolity (or the more leeway a judge allows Hodges to pester the defendants before hanging himself and causing the inevitable, IMO, ruling) the greater the cost of defending and the more punitive the sanctions will be. ... eom
