It is a combination of "the game is still on for January at this point" and the initial recognition of IDCC by two well respected American companies. I have posted for years that the street will be impressed when American companies show respect for IDCC. This is a giant first step if and when they finalize the agreement. The day the 8k and PR are issued regarding the agreement should make every long very proud of their investment. I would imagine that our analysts are following this first step and I expect to see other analysts come on board shortly after its finalization.

OT: Loop and Tucker...Did either of you know or have any experience with Alberto Gonzales...the new Attorney General designate when he was in practice in Houston?

If so, maybe you can pull some strings in IDCC's legal situation(s)...LOL!
