Thanks for clarifying. In every case I have ever heard the EC needs to be approved by the Court. Again I had little doubt that there would be one, but there isn't one until there is. Nobody should be confused now.

Would you say that "the only reason" why the UST would go through the effort of forming the EC is because he knows money is headed in the direction of equity?
