I can almost hear it now...the morale is very high here at Cortex...we are well positioned...and in the best shape ever--well, except for that money thing.

Maybe TBI or stroke will be the next carrot. Can't wait to see what happens next--I'm on the edge of my seat!

Food4, if these are words from MV, I fail to see how such a scenario is going to do much good. They need a substantial influx of money and the plan as you laid it out isn't going to accomplish that.

20 miilion shares + warrants for $1,000,000? 40 million shares + warrants for $2 million? This makes existing shares worth less although not necessarily completely worthless.
