Ombow, A lot depends on whether CX-1739 is in the deal or not. If Cortex keeps CX-1739 and gets $3 mil or more in upfronts in an RD deal, then I can live with that (well sort of). It would still be lousy, but at least we'd have a fighting chance to get to the Phase 2b ADHD results. As long as Cortex keeps CX-1739 and gets some money, there is a chance to get to those critical ADHD Phase 2b results.

But a deal where we lose CX-1739 and only get $3 mil upfront, forget about it. There would be no point keeping the company going, other than to keep the salaries flowing for a while longer.
