Starke's comments weren't meant to keep us retail out of the WMI classes, they were meant to keep the bigger funds and whales out so they can get more shares under $100 imo for PQ. It isn't retail that moves these, it's the funds like Little Bear investing.
They certainly don't want a run on Commons yet, as they bash them every article. My belief is that when an EC is formed, and if 2004 Expanded Discovery is granted they will start pumping 'settlement for the Commons' and that is when these will really move.
They could move without The Street if a surprise EC is approved.
The 'good news' is that when 'good news' comes, its obvious Cramer's crew is ready to fuel the fire.
