You must have no clue at all what the SEC has alleged as most every serious security law violation that exists is cited. I am even somewhat suprised at the plethora of allegations.

What we can say is that on the first attempt, some weeks ago, at submitting the 211 FINRA refused to accept it. This time the Application has at least been accepted.

The Form 211 and Addendum are filed with the FINRA OTC Compliance Unit. Complete with accompanying documentation in the form of issuer information. Inclusive of latest annual financials.

A filing made on behalf of the issuing company by that company's chosen representative MM.

A PR on the subject released in line with approval being granted. Formal notification, that is, to the referenced MM that an OTCBB quotation may be entered. SPNG returning to being OTCBB traded.

The referenced financials posted thereafter to the relevant database.

W0W we broke .04, I am shocked, and am wondering....

Are they are after new shareholders...who will cut their losses, especially after just paying between .04-.05???


I think they will take this into sub penny .006-.009 and try to get to weared,weak,worn down "LONGS"...if time permits them!!!

Thanks for the update Stox,

I am surprised you even bother posting them with all the negative replies of late.

Keep writing em cuz I'm still reading em.

The events of late are boiling down to very few things that could possibly make sense, and unfortuneatly for some posting participants, its not looking like our company managment are criminals.

Victims.... yes

Are long share holders victims as a result? Yes

Will our Day come? I think so but none of us really know
