What we can say is that on the first attempt, some weeks ago, at submitting the 211 FINRA refused to accept it. This time the Application has at least been accepted. Progress having been made.

A total fabrication. You can make up all the good news you want, it wont stop this one from dying and probably dying an agonizing death.
