And what? Lose everything they have to potentially gain by essentially voting in a bankruptcy?

What right minded shareholder would have shot themselves in the foot as you opine?

You will note that all the Series E shares were granted to retire debts owed to each party, including back salaries and compensation for services. Going forward, I gather all parties hope to be paid from contracts, rather than shares. One does not eat on paper for long.

The only way they can get that is to work to make sure the company is in a position to capitalize on the coming events, so they may as well make sure there are enough shares authorized to allow flexibility to make it happen.

I see no conflict with shareholder interest on their part at all. In fact, I see them in the same boat as we are and are indeed looking out for our mutual interests.

Sorry you don't see it that way.
