Yes, both corp and I believed that 3g would be different because IDCC sat at the standards table and the patents claims were better defined and described. The EU companies are just hard when it comes to paying royalties. Hopefully this will end soon with a final settlement with Nok. It has been more than a year and a half post Ericy and they still have not licensed 3g.
