You may remember:
Effective as of November 14, 2009 entered into a license agreement Marvel. Although, the Agreement was effective on November 14, 2009, Spongetech only received the countersigned agreement on December 2, 2009.

Now this:

SHAREHOLDERS of Marvel Entertainment Inc, home to the X-Men, Iron Man, Spider-Man and other characters, approved the company's acquisition by The Walt Disney Co on on Thursday.

Excellent, through this takeover from Disney, SPNG will certainly be able to add more characters on their ever growing list. SPNG as rated Brand Nr. 1 lives up to their name.

It's not a new product at all. It is just the SpongeBob sponge in a different shape and color with a new name. The Spongebob sponge hasn't been a hit and neither will Dora. Few people outside of stuck shareholders want to buy an 8 dollar sponge for their kids to squeeze the soap out of in one or two baths. Better to buy them a 50 cent bar of soap and hand them a wash cloth. Cheaper and more useful in an age when one out of 15 Americans is living on foodstamps and 20% of the workforce is unemployed.
