The buyback was a good ploy to sucker people in....
He bought back a small fraction of the max 10 billion.
He could have easily had the shares for the price of 0.0001 but didn't......

If he dilutes the O/S of EVFL to 72 billion, whats the point of the buy-back? does it make sense?

They can still buy back more the buy back is going for 6 months, you must have missed that part.
