he reiterated his prior comment that the SEC has repeatedly not approved their auditor selections.

there are 100's of highly qualified accounting firms for spongy to choose from - the sec is not holding them back unless they are choosing unqualified firms with a history of bad accounting and breaking the rules and revoked license
