just spoke to a SPNG salesman, he told me that the SEC is not allowing them to release any info, postive PR as well, he thinks that there will be a fine imposed and life will go on...as he brought up the fact that it is "civil', not criminal, he reiterated his prior comment that the SEC has repeatedly not approved their auditor selections....this is a "corrupt system"

he is an older gentleman and seems very sincere, he said he owns GE and GM stock, both losers for him...so you can cash in now, or sit back and wait...

I dont want any smart comments back to me, so if thats what you got, save them, we all know what is at stake here, our money, so you can make your decision and hope for the best or move on...

just thought id share with you my conversation for those that own the stock and are wondering what to do...as I am.
