NOL - we don't know when the NOL refund will come in. Certainly not in Feb. IMO. We don't even know if the refund claim has been filed yet. There may be strategic reasons not to file just yet. They can wait 3 years from 12/31/08 to claim the refund. They certainly won't wait that long. We're the only ones that are in a hurry to see the cash hit the balance sheet.
