NO... WMI does not guarantee anything. WMI cannot say whether commons will be worth $.00 or $25.00! Right now the $7.62 is actual "book value" of what Wamu was worth prior to bankruptcy.


Once JPM/FDIC come to their senses, that will be changing to $14/share!

Well if that were true Linda, then you would sell NOW, as we don't even have possession of the 4 billion in cash nor any of the NOL money. So technically, at this very moment, your shares have negative worth.

It's ALL about what will happen in the future.
