As I recall management, going back years, could not even bring itself to announce when they had signed the production sharing agreements ! Offor continues to behave as if he is the sole owner of the company . ERHE's intransigence along with the Chinese penchant for secrecy is proving to be a lethal combination that is not being well received by the market.

You are looking at only a part of the whole picture when you make such rash statements. You do not understand what a true oil company must do before final results can be intelligently presented to the public. Your rights as a shareholder are the same as others and your uneducated remarks shows your ignorance in business management and proceedure. When you make wild remarks about company management from afar it shows your lack of education in the business you are faulting.

If it were a Mc Donalds outlet ready to open they would need many months of informed knowledge before opening day. This is not Mc Donalds, this is a holding company blessed with the intellegent management of proving out our potential value.

If this is not good enough example for you then take proper recourse and move to a more efficient oil or holding company. It is interesting that you are trying to use some brain power, but you are using it in the wrong direction. You belittle the only people in this company, (management) that can render the success or failure of our investment. You must be proud of yourself knowing all the proper actions to take to make this a success. You then should buy enough shares and place yourself in charge or find a company that will run it with your approval. Good Luck. See you!
