By the way, I keep hearing about these massive lawsuits from the operator if we divulge any information. Can someone please show me a single instance of when this has EVER happened and if it did, how were damages proved and how much was awarded. I think it's just an excuse. Joint venture partners who want to release info do it whether the Operator likes it or not. There are no damages for telling when a well was spud, what depth it was drilled to, what formations are being targeted, when the well is completed, when the rig is moving and if any problems were encountered. None of those are well results and it is COMMON SENSE to release at least that much info on a TIMELY basis. Not weeks after everybody already knows it from other sources. It is COMMON SENSE that seems to be lacking here. I think it stems from a lack of competence, a lack of experience and a lack of qualifications from those running the company.
