IMHO a R/S would serve no useful purpose. It's not like WAMUQ is trying to get the PPS up so they can attract different investors or move up to a bigger board.
If they did a RS then SHORTY would drive it down again and I'd keep buying more. It might make a settlement have a higher number, but I'd revise my expectations of the PPS. So if it was 1 for 10 and we're at 1.40 they'd say a settlement for 8. (LOL) I'd say NO! 80 would be 8 and we didn't accept that before so why accept it now. I wouldn't sign squat releasing my right to seek damages if they tried that BS. In that case I'd say take them to court and I think all parties involved want to avoid that. So IMO I really doubt a RS would happen, but I'd be prepared to buy lots more if it did. :P
