Yes definitely looking much more promising. IMO today's action was minuscule considering many traders are out for the new year. With more news of the EC and NOl's next week will be very very interesting.

This whole thing is still on the 'down-low' if you know what i mean.

You were right in saying prefs will lead the way and our chances of recovering more just became better. Now, everyone is talking about a settlement and the EC formation. Once its officially announced and Bonderman is sitting on the EC, things will get pretty crazy here!! We can welcome 2010 with the thought that the settlement might come sooner than we think and I really think WAMUQ holders have the most to gain from the final settlement or a win in the court!!

Maybe the discovery hearing is being pushed off till the 28th so that it gives them more time to work out a settlement instead of going through and starting the huge discovery. Hmmm...
