Old news my friend... try another broker... if you don't have another broker, maybe ask a friend.

Scottrade and more recently Ameritrade will not allow buying of EXPH, but they will allow selling. No reason given. I might just transfer my 13 year old Ameritrade account to E-Trade because of this stupid policy of deciding which stocks we can buy. What a great business decision on their part. Lose a long term customer.
