I have never heard of any lawsuits being settled with stock. Jpm selling their assets makes alot more sense.

JPM is only up approx 0.8%! Not exactly shooting up! No need to create grandiose scenarios just because WAMUQ has shot up a bit today.

That said, WAMPQ is on fire so something may be up – maybe not! Perhaps just some good old fashioned year-end speculation going on here! … rs
