Money all went to his salary. He and his Mother are the biggest holders of private stock. He could take this shell company private in a heartbeat and leave all stockholders out everything.

It was discovered a couple of years ago that a shareholder was suing Michaels, and Michaels settled.

Of course, this was revealed through a PR...it was discovered in a letter written to the judge, where Michaels was begging not to go to prison.

That letter made it into the public domain, probably through PACER.

I would LOVE to read that lawsuit!
