I take that back, it wasn't in that letter that the shareholder lawsuit was revealed. I just read that old thing (lol) and realized it was in a letter to the court requesting that Palm's default judgment be overturned.
I think he was claiming he couldn't be found to be served with the suit, because he was tied up in a shareholder lawsuit.
