Yep,except he can't play the game again with 20 billion shares glaring at new investors/suckers. So...he will once AGAIN do a 1 for a 1000 reverse split which will lower the count down to 200 million. Of course the share price will be 10 cents but give it six months to a year and guess where it will be. Then the game starts all over.

This guy is in his 50's,he can pull this crap forever. Hell,Madoff is in his 80's and was still scamming investors.
