with all those shares out there it can stay at 0001 forever no pr will move it,sue him? how? unless they make a total bogus pr and get suspended there is not much hope and even then they just put a new biz in the shell rename it do a couple of filings and whalah back in the biz again. Its the system that is in need of an overhaul.
