My idea is to get an attorney to represent the stock holders, just so we can get all of the info that both SEC and MGT has (Required by disclosure Laws). Then we can help SEC. Where as the SEC has 2-3 people working on the case. We can be an army helping the SEC. But first we need to know what info SEC has, what info MGT is fighting with and then help SEC.
I remember in the 1990s IRS we after Leona Hesley simply because she was a B. Once it was on the news, so many people came forward to testify against her, that they had to put her into jail (IRS dosen't put people in jail normally, they want them to work so that they can pay off the monies due to IRS).
I think here we can have a similar situation. We can be an ARMY for SEC.
