If someone knows a good lawyer they could suggest that would be a good starting point. I wouldn't think that we try to take this to court. It would be far too expensive and I am sure there are ways they could out-maneuver us. After all they don't appear to be shy about folding companies and creating new ones. If we could just have an attorney contact somebody we could finally get some information. We have been kept in the dark, or flat out lied to for a couple years now. HTOG is apparently still producing gas and has income. That means there is an office somewhere where bills and checks are being sent. If we can find a location we can get some answers.
I tried to track down and call every phone number I could find associated with HTOG and was unsuccessful reaching anyone. I found numbers in British Columbia, Colorado, Texas, Florida, New Mexico and several other states. All listed as HTOG's corporate headquarters in various notices and filings. All the numbers were disconnected. Unless we find some way to bring this to a head, we are going to get ripped off big time. I trust the SEC will continue to pursue this case and in time a lot of these guys will get house arrest and a $30,000 fine. And the government will of course keep the fine and tell us justice has been served.
